Post Meal digestion spice blend
Effective for supporting digestive wellness. Toasted fennel seeds help to alleviate gas, bloating and heaviness after a meal. Its supports a downward movement so the body can digest, absorb and eliminate properly.
Makes 1 cup, 1/8 tsp per serving
1 cup organic fennel seeds
Instructions
Using a small to medium pan, turn the heat on the stove to medium heat for 1 min then reduce to low, add the fennel seeds. Stir with spoon every 10-15 seconds to make sure the seeds get toasted on all sides and do not burn.
Once golden brown and fragrant turn heat off and immediately pour into a small to medium bowl. Let cool.
Store in a clean glass container away from sunlight.
Chew on 1/8tsp after meals.
