Tea for menopause
Regulate the internal temperature with cooling herbs and balance hormones the natural way.
Makes 6 cups
Ingredients
6 cups water
2 tbsp whole fennel
2 tbsp whole coriander
1 tbsp whole cumin
2 tbsp fresh sliced ginger
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan boil the water
Add the herbs and reduce to low heat
Steep and simmer 20-30mins. Strain
Drink 1 cup with meals. Sipping
Tea can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
