Tea for menopause

Regulate the internal temperature with cooling herbs and balance hormones the natural way.

Makes 6 cups

Ingredients

6 cups water

2 tbsp whole fennel

2 tbsp whole coriander

1 tbsp whole cumin

2 tbsp fresh sliced ginger

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pan boil the water

  2. Add the herbs and reduce to low heat

  3. Steep and simmer 20-30mins. Strain

  4. Drink 1 cup with meals. Sipping

  5. Tea can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
