Maintain healthy adrenals for optimal energy and hormonal imbalance. Chronic stress and anxiety overwork and deplete these vital glands. The synergy of these three herbs helps to rejuvenate the adrenals, calms stress, anxiety and stimulates focus & clarity.
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
3 cups water
2 cups organic H2 raw milk, almond or oatmilk
3 tablespoons loose leave Tulsi
2 teaspoon Ashwagandha
1 teaspoon Yashtimadhu (Licorice)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
In a large saucepan over high heat, boil water and milk. When liquid comes to boil, reduce heat to simmer.
Add the Tulsi, Ashwagandha and Yashtimadhu. Steep on a low simmer covered for 30mins.
Strain. Stir in honey, if using.
Drink 1 cup in the morning and before bed.
Refrigerate leftover tea for up to 5 days.
