herbal allergy honey

This pleasant remedy works amazing during allergy season. Tumeric reduces inflammation and herbal formulation Trikatu clears congestion and opens air pathways.

Makes 1 cup honey

Ingredients

6 tablespoons Trikatu powder (purchase from Banyan Botanicals)

2 tablespoons Tumeric powder

1 cup organic, raw honey

1 cup warm water

Instructions

1. In a small glass jar add Trikatu and Tumeric powders.

2. Add the honey and blend.

3. Add 1tsp. of the honey to 1 cup of warm water. Take in the morning and before bed as needed.

4. Can be stored for up to 1 year
