Happiness tea

Makes 6 cups
Ingredients
6 cups water
(All herbs are cut and sifted)
3 tablespoons Tulsi
2 tablespoons Brahmi
1 tablespoon Ashwagandha
1 tablespoon rose petals
10 Saffron threads
1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
Instructions
Boil water in medium sauce pan.
Reduce heat to low, add all herbs. Steep and simmer covered on low for 15mins
Strain and add honey if needed
Drink 1 cup in the morning and repeat throughout the day.
tea can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
