Ginger Appetizer

Effective for gas, bloating, slow metabolism, sluggish digestion, weightless. Stimulates digestion and helps promote food absorption.

Ingredients

Fresh organic ginger root

1 tablespoon fresh organic lime juice

Pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Peel ginger and slice into thin pieces approximately 1/4 cup

  2. Place in jar and add lime juice

  3. Sprinkle a pinch of pink himalayan salt

  4. Eat a piece of ginger 15-30mins before meals to stimulate digestion

  5. Can be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator
