Ingredients
Fresh organic ginger root
1 tablespoon fresh organic lime juice
Pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Peel ginger and slice into thin pieces approximately 1/4 cup
Place in jar and add lime juice
Sprinkle a pinch of pink himalayan salt
Eat a piece of ginger 15-30mins before meals to stimulate digestion
Can be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator
