beet juice

2 cups beat stems, and leaves, chopped freshly cleaned

2 cups filtered water

1 apple chopped

1 lemon juiced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger

Directions:

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Using a filter and a large measuring cup or jar pour the liquid to filter the pulp.

Step 3: Serve in a wine glass and enjoy immediately!
