Yogi tea

This tea is the perfect blend to make a big pot on the stove and sip on it throughout the day during the fall and winter months. Your home and body will smell and feel warm and cozy. Your digestion will also thank you.

Makes 3-4 cups

Ingredients:

4 cups filtered water

1 tsp- Cinnamon chips

1 tsp- Cloves

1 tsp- Black Pepper (whole)

1 tsp- Green Cardamom pods (whole)

1 tsp - Dried Ginger

Recipe:

Boil 4 cups water in a medium sauce pan add all the ingredients, bring heat to a simmer and steep it for 10-15 min. Double the quantities to make a bigger batch. Using a ladle to pour tea into cup.
